Nora has been in the industry for over 20 years. Her skills and passion have continued to grow. Nora continues to make people look and feel amazing about themselves.
Nora’s training includes the Soho Academy in New York as well as the L’oreal Academy in California.
Nora’s warm, professional demeanor and her ability to truly listen to her client’s wants and needs have them coming back to her.
Nicole has been with Effigy Salon since 2016. She began her career at Regency Beauty School and graduated in 2012.
Learning how to deal with her own natural wave and hair texture is what sparked Nicole’s interest in hair.
Nicole loves coming in to something different every day. Fixing haircut “mishaps” and natural “lived in” hair color are just couple of things Nicole enjoys.

Lynn has been cutting hair for 29 years and counting. She loves the creativity because she is an artist! She loves the small setting and intimacy Effigy provides her.
Men’s Cut $45+
With 14 years and counting of experience behind the chair, Kristen has a passion for lived in highlights, and dimensional color. She is always excited to carve up a short style. Kristen loves any opportunity for creative freedom.
When not behind the chair, enjoys, painting, the outdoors and live music. Her 2 kids motivate her to live her best life.
Milissa is a national hair color artist and educator.
After owning two successful salons Milissa decided to focus on serving her clients and leave the business part behind.
Milissa came to Effigy in 2023, where she offers hair services that include color, cut, extensions, hair botox and make-up.
Milissa’s experience includes hair and make-up for film, runway and print.

I’m passionate about using the Davines product line, known for its high-quality, sustainable ingredients. For me, hairstyling is not just about the end result—it’s about building meaningful connections with my clients and creating a relaxing, personalized experience that makes you look and feel your best.

Front Desk
Lety Joined Effigy Salon part-time in August 2021. She enjoys working at Effigy because of how genuine everyone is and seeing the talent that they bring in everyday.
When Lety a is not working at Effigy she is working as a nurse in Labor & Delivery.
In her fee time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends.

General Manager | Front Desk
Kristen joined Effigy in 2010, she loved the idea of small business so her and her husband purchased Brain Freeze Ice Cream right next door to the salon.
Kristen ran the shop & worked reception part time at Effigy for 6 years until welcoming her baby boy into the world in 2018. They sold the shop, and she soon became the manager at Effigy.
