Nora has been in the industry for over 20 years. Her skills and passion have continued to grow. Nora continues to make people look and feel amazing about themselves.
Nora’s training includes the Soho Academy in New York as well as the L’oreal Academy in California.
Nora’s warm, professional demeanor and her ability to truly listen to her client’s wants and needs have them coming back to her.

With over 30 years of experience behind the chair, Lynn approaches hair as her primary canvas. She is most at home in the small, personalized setting Effigy provides, which allows for Lynn to dedicate her creative energy to each and every person that sits in her chair.
Milissa is a national hair color artist and educator.
After owning two successful salons Milissa decided to focus on serving her clients and leave the business part behind.
Milissa came to Effigy in 2023, where she offers hair services that include color, cut, extensions, hair botox and make-up.
Milissa’s experience includes hair and make-up for film, runway and print.

Since starting in the beauty industry in 2012, I have grown to enjoy doing hair and makeup for weddings. I love changing hair colors throughout the year for my clients, whether it’s adding some lowlights for the fall or giving you a sun kissed look for the summer.

Lety Joined Effigy Salon part-time in August 2021. She enjoys working at Effigy because of how genuine everyone is and seeing the talent that they bring in everyday.
When Lety a is not working at Effigy she is working as a nurse in Labor & Delivery.
In her fee time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends.

Kristen joined Effigy in 2010, she loved the idea of small business so her and her husband purchased Brain Freeze Ice Cream right next door to the salon.
Kristen ran the shop & worked reception part time at Effigy for 6 years until welcoming her baby boy into the world in 2018. They sold the shop, and she soon became the manager at Effigy.
